We deliver free of charge within Germany.
The goods you have bought are insured and with the help of the tracking number (DHL / UPS) you can easily track where your goods are currently located. Within Germany, delivery takes place within 1-2 days. We have no influence on delivery or delivery times. Returns within Germany are only free of charge if the Trachtendreams returns portal is used.

Shipping abroad (NOT Canada and USA)

Abroad: All shipments of goods are sent abroad as an insured package. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the costs incurred. Free shipping is only possible within Germany. In principle, all packages are sent with our shipping service providers (DHL / UPS). For shipments with DHL beyond the national borders, the package is handed over to a country-specific shipping service provider. The delivery time can take between 2 and 14 days. We have no influence on delivery or delivery times.

International: All shipments will be shipped as an insured parcel. During the checkout process, you will be informed about the costs incurred. A free shipping is only possible within Germany.
